You will remember the day you deliver your baby for the rest of your life. As your doula, my goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported through childbirth. I want you to look back on your birth and remember it as one of the most transformative, empowering experiences of your life.

What's INCLUDED

Prenatal Visits & Unlimited Phone Support During Pregnancy

During your pregnancy we will meet for two prenatal visits. During these visits we will discuss your wishes and preferences for your birth. I will provide childbirth information and education, including a review of signs and stages of labor, positioning, and pain-relief measures. In between visits I am available to you anytime by phone for additional support, updates, check-ins, and questions.

Support During Your Birth

When the big day finally arrives, I will be by your side to support and coach you through labor. I use effective techniques to keep you relaxed, reduce your pain, and guide you through pushing. Once baby arrives, I assist you and baby with your first latch and breastfeed.

Postpartum Visit

Our relationship doesn't end when baby arrives. After your birth we will meet for a postpartum visit to help you mentally and emotionally process your birth. I can also offer additional breastfeeding support at that time.

PACKAGE COST: $1,750

I require a 50% deposit to hold your due date with the remaining balance payable by your 37th week of pregnancy.

Thanks to her, I was able to cope with delivery unmedicated for a long time, and I believe that helped me with an extremely smooth delivery once I chose to get an epidural.
